* Fixup presentation times
* Remove "Preferred Day" from Presentation Page and enable page
* Adjust and enable the "Schedule" Page
* Get database dumps of: presentations (including title, presenter, description, date/time, room), attendees (all fields), speakers (all fields)
== Speakers ==
* All good
* Mark O'Learo has been contacted re: AV support (and ITS)
* From Mike Hoye: Popcorn people - Mike will work with them incl. Mike H.
== Mozilla Sponsorship ==
* Will provide swag in groups of 200 pieces
* Sponsorship payment - need invoice (Mike Hoye + Rose Saliba)
* Video project - part numbers from Mike Hoye - will be picked up by Dawn Mercer
== Speakers' Dinner ==
* Everything ordered, evite sent, half of responses received
* Rose to send reminder e-mail before invite closes
* One request to bring a guest - Rose to give greenlight
* Invited:
** All speakers, including students/RAs
** Planning committee
** Various seneca C-level and research office staff
** Faculty and staff volunteers (add)
** Mike McNamara and Deepak Bajaj (add)
* NB: We need to ensure that Joy has talking-points/briefing for Speakers' Dinner
