The annual Free Software and Open Source Symposium provides a venue to share the latest trends in open source. It is an event aimed at bringing together industry, developers, educators and the community and any other interested parties to discuss open source, open web, and academic/industry partnerships.
 
FSOSS 2012 features two days of presentations:
Thursday, October 25
Hackputer Day - A full-day focused on the Raspberry Pi and Other Hackputers - with tracks on software, hardware, and education and a projects showcase. More information.
Hands-on heterogeneous computing workshop (Registration is limited) - More information.
