Firefox DPS909 Class MouseLock Contributions:
-Wrote test for test_limitlessScroll and converted it to use the test harness. -Took Ownership of test_movement and also converted it for the harness. -Peer Reviewed test_isInstanceofMouselockable.html, test_mouseLockableHasRequiredMethods.html, and test_mouselocklost.html
