o Users want services to be personalized ( this is automatically done, doesn’t need to be manually set)[Ken]

o People was products that do many things with little input from them (using the information from the other services; services interact; data shared) Multiple activities concurrently and coordinated.[Kyle]

o Users want constantly available services that can be easily interrupted and resumed in any location.[Ken]
