<span style="color:blue;font-weight:bold">msaul: Although it would take a lot of time for Westminster to adopt this approach, this would be a "long-term" objective: To have people working together "online" to solve problems faster. <br /><br />Yes, it would take a long time for people to learn, but think of advantages:<br />
* Less face-to-face meetings (although still important).
* Collaborating, but not necessarily at same time.
* Total transparency and people can see things develop in "real-time".
* Permanent record of solution.
* When people contribute, they all become "meeting minute takers" - more efficient... </span>
