* Setup a Mozilla code directory (mkdir /var/mozilla)
* Rsync'd source into in (rsync -az --delete --stats cvs-mirror.mozilla.org::mozilla /var/mozilla)
* Untar the opengrok package into the tomcat5/webapps folder

* /var/lib/tomcat5 is the default $CATALINA_HOME
* /etc/default/tomcat5 has some configuration files
