The positions are for open source developers, with a focus on Eclipse, Java, Enterprise and Open Web technologies. These positions are being funded through a Seneca CDOT NSERC grant as well as industry partners. We seek candidates who have a passion for Eclipse, Java, Enterprise Web technologies and need to continue extending and enhancing these technologies. Successful candidates will work on a number of open technologies, designing and developing applications, fixing bugs, adding new features to existing applications, and undertaking various research projects.  Priority will be given to candidates possessing skills in open source and web development, including: ** Java ** Eclipse ** Java EE, Web Services ** HTML, XML, CSS, JavaScript ** Open Source Communication Tools (wikis, irc, bugzilla)   Experience with some of the following would be an asset: ** Mobile Programming such as BlackBerry and/or Android ** Design Patterns ** Open Service Gateway interface (OSGi)
