Knowledge and skills will be required from foundation courses in the OPS stream namely OSL640 and OSL740.
Using the Linux workstation, you will use terminal window to connect to AWS cloud-based virtual machinesinstances, edit files, navigate in Linux filesystems, add and manage users, manage LVM storage devices and services using systemctl, locate, read and monitor log files, write basic shell scripts, know simple iptables configurations.
AWS is cloud-based. All labs and assignments must be completed on AWS interface and by connecting to the cloud-based virtual machines (instances).
