added "front page" idea to dev kit
Because both of these projects assume a web application being used locally, it might make sense to do a Prism or XUL Runner app, specialized to host them (cf. http://wiki.oxymoronical.com/Projects:MozDevDocs)

The local apps would include a "Front Page" that allows navigation to the tools, documentation, and other resources. One idea is to include a news feed so that developers could start to get connected to the community and see what's happening in the developer space.
