What is Gaussian blurring?
With true Gaussian blurring however, the function that defines the weights for each pixel technically never reaches zero, but gets smaller and smaller over distance. In theory, this makes a<br/>
Gaussian kernel infinitely large. In practice though, you can choose a cut-off point and call it good enoughset the bounds.
