I was unable to get the performance testing framework to work due to the following:
1. I missed the instructions to create the extension_perf_reports folder. This should be highlighted within the doucment. Also, it would be nice if the framework could dynamically create this folder for us.
2. The following error appeared and prevented me from continuing:

WindowsError : [Errno 3] The system cannot find the path specified: 'c:\\docume~1\\domain~1\\locals~profile/*.*'
