  Talked to Max Kanat-Alexander last Friday on IRC. 
  Got a confirmation of the project. 
  Also it's officially confirmed that adding SQLite Support for Bugzilla won't be a part of the project.

  My plans for deliverable v.0.1
     study Test::More perl module
     check CPAN for good test examples and study them
     study Bugzilla keyword module code
     write test documetation for unit tests for keyword module
     write actual tests
