  • How do I decide which language codes to use?

Matthew Wilson noticed some discrepancies between Firefox and Seamonkey, when he added Greek and German translations via the use of language codes. Specifically, the language codes he used "el" and "de" seemed to work in Firefox but no in Seamonkey. Axel Hecht, advised that since Seamonkey will be transitioning over to a new toolkit (using short locale names), one should adhere to the toolkit convention for directory structure and naming.
