Changes

Seneca CDOT's Sigul Signing server resides within two virtual machines on ireland.proximity.on.ca/142.204.133.153. Each signing VM is networked privately on a private lan subnet accessible only by ireland and themselves. SigulServer/192.168.1.2 & SigulBride/192.168.1.3 <br />The following documentation outlines how to connect to the signing VM's in Ireland, and provides a link to the CDOT SOP for signing.
