* You will be responsible for paying for your food on the trip; it is recommended that you bring a small amount of US cash, and either a bank card that works with the Plus or Cirrus network or a major credit card.
* A shuttle to/from the Phoenix airport is expected to be provided by the hotel. If this is not available, you may need to pay for travel to/from the hotel.
* During the flights, you will be able to purchase food using a credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or American Express). If you do not have a credit card, consider making arrangements with another student who does. Beverages and a very light snack (pretzels, peanuts, or chips) are usually provided.
