The Eclipse projects are hosted by [http://www.eclipse.org/org/ Eclipse Foundation] which is a not-for-profit, member supported corporation.
A number of Seneca students and faculty are involved with the Eclipse Project, and some courses in the Seneca [http://scs.senecac.on.ca School of Computer Studies] use the Eclipse as an IDE tool. Students in the[http://zenit.senecac.on.ca/wiki/index.php/DPS909_and_OSD600_Winter_2009_Eclipse_WTP_Weekly_Schedule Eclipse Open source courses] are working alongside Seneca professor [[User:JAnastasiade|Jordan Anastasiade]] within the Eclipse community on [http://www.eclipse.org/webtools/ Eclipse WTP] (Web Platform Tools). This work is centered in the [[OSD600]] and [[DPS909]] courses.
