Provides more depth than the Project DescriptionSupport for tel: links was added to Fennec for Minimo, but we also need supportfor Windows Mobile. This The plan is to create a basic XPCOM component to access theplatform phone functionality and then modify the place tel: protocol handler added inbug 437949 to use the XPCOM component on Windows Mobile.
