== What is it ==
The goal of this reference tester is to provide a reliable and extend-able framework to isolate and test webGL functionality in addition to the libraries which use webGL. From the libraries point of view the aim is to isolate what really broke, to point blame on either specific test cases: using small pieces of unique code or isolated internal functionality of webGL. Reasons for a failure are expected to be broken code or a change specifications in the latest implementation. === What is c3dl? ===The Canvas 3D JS Library (c3dl) is a JavaScript library that will make it easier to write 3D applications using WebGL. It provides a set of math, scene, and 3D objects classes that makes WebGL more accessible for developers that want to develop 3D content in browser but do not want to have to deal in depth with the 3D math needed to make it work. === What is WebGL? ===
WebGL is a cross-platform, royalty-free web standard for a low-level 3D graphics API based on OpenGL ES 2.0, exposed through HTML5 Canvas element as Document Object Model interfaces. Developers familiar with OpenGL ES 2.0 will recognize WebGL as a Shader-based API using GLSL, with constructs that are semantically similar to those of the underlying OpenGL ES 2.0 API. It stays very close to the OpenGL ES 2.0 specification, with some concessions made for what developers expect out of memory-managed languages such a JavaScript.
