This page lists all information related to each released version of Simple Citation.

Allow the ability to generate citations from a list of formats (APA, MLA, etc). Add an "Options" button beside the "Ok" button, with the following popup menu hierarchy: 

  Format
  - MLA
    - Website
  - APA
    - Stand-Alone Document
  - Chicago
    - Website
  - CBE
    - Personal Website

Since citation information isn't located through specific tags within an HTML page, locating it can become trivial. As a result, the following tags will be placed in the location of specific citation information until a proper search is made available (See the algorithm task):

  • Author(s) = <authorName(s)>
  • Article title = <articleTitle>
  • Book title = <bookTitle>
  • Publication date = <publicationDate>
  • Publisher name = <publisherName>
  • Publisher date = <publisherDate>

Once the citation is generated, the user will be able to scroll through the website and add information that was not found.
