Colin Guy perf comments

Takes a while to set everything up. Had a problem with pywin32-208.win32-py2.4.exe.

Got an error telling me it was a 16bit program I had to redownload.

When I ran the run_tests.py config.yaml my computer produced a general segmentation fault error before it froze.
