Since there is only one version of XULRunner that this document is discussing currently I moved [[XULRunner_1.8 | Deploying XULRunner_1.8]] to [[How_to_deploy_XULRunner | Delploying XULRunner]]. Also, I moved the XULRunner Guide Outline from the main page to [[XULRunner_Guide_Outline]]
