** $ rpmdev-setuptree
** $ cp condor-7.0.5_1.fc9.src.rpm ~/rpmbuild/SOURCES/
** $ cd ~/rpmbuild/SOURCES/
** $ rpmbuild --rebuild condor-7.0.5-1.fc9.src.rpm
