An Active Learning Classroom is a space configured to support a learning approach called [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Active_learning Active Learning], which focuses the responsibility of learning on the learners. Essentially, this involves hands-on, interactive, and collaborative activities between students, and the role of the professor becomes that of coach and guide.

Seating at the pods will vary by class -- your professor may assign seating sometimes, and you may form your own groups at other times. == Supply Kit == A supply kit has been provided for each pod contains . These kits contain:* A red whiteboard marker* A green whiteboard marker* A blue whiteboard marker* A whiteboard markers and an eraser, plus one or two cables to connect your laptop * An HDMI cable* (or smartphoneOptional) to the display using an HDMI or A VGA connection+3.5mm audio cable
