Create Local MXR UI Suggestions

• The full pathname of a file open in a tab is not obvious. It can be determined from the tree, but that may requires scrolling and in-brain component concatenation. Hovering over a tab should show a tooltip with the full pathname.

• It should be possible to highlight a range of lines, such as with ?h=21-36 or even ?h=23-32,68,71-93

• Enable keyboard navigation between tabs
