Rough Page to Document the progress of the Kernel build for PandaBoard's in CDOT

Status: Currently, this kernel compiles with warnings, however it hangs on boot. Currently a work in progress.

Note: This Kernel we have changed the version tag to 2.6.40 as to satisfy build deps.
Status: BUILT! --Note uImage has been compiled, without error, however when running on devices file system switches to Read Only
