== Feedback from 2010-3 Students ==
* Feedback about the value of the course was fairly positive.
* Common material at the start of the course was not very applicable to some projects.
* More coverage of VCS (Git) and Python was requested.
* More handholding requested (!).
* Note that 1/3 of the class voted with their feet and did not continue in the course to completion.

* Good interaction with selected upstreams
** Jesse, Luke, and James on fedpkg and autoqa
** Armen on Mozharness, firefox-fedora repo
=== Ideas for Improvement ===
* Starting students on projects earlier would be valuable.
* Need to review some basic sysadmin skills and principles
** Using public/private keys with ssh
** Least privilege
* Need to give more feedback, especially in the 0.1 range
* Should provide an assessment point at the Initial Research Plan stage
=== Students and Recruitment ===
* Good to have students who are comfortable coding
* Need to attract students who are ''not'' in their last semester
