Researchers
- Verify that the two desktops we start with are working and capable of supporting virtualization.
- Verify two of the network sockets work, and what the IP/subnet/DNS numbers to use are.
- Get setup on the project blog, start posting on it.
- Download and set up the latest CentOS, confirm kvm/libvirt/virt-manager work.
- Figure out what OpenNebula is capable of, how hard it is to set up, perhaps go through one setup.
- Read about iSCSI, check out OpenFiler, hopefully set it up, at least as a test if we don't yet have a dedicated box for the storage.
Andrew
- Get at least two more boxes (better 3).
- Talk to Jordan / Chris T. about Trac on monday or tuesday.
- Get a KVM switch supporting at least two inputs (3 or 4 even better).

Obtain a port-forwarding-capable NAT router. - Arrange a visit to CloudDynamics for a tech demo.
- Discuss the idea of weekly short conference calls to make sure we're on the right track.
