It is Important to Report Computer Lab Problems

It is important to contact the AVIT department whenever there is a problem encountered in the Westminster Computer Lab.

For example, if there is a hardware problem, failure to report the problem just delays the problem being fixed, and becomes someone else's problem...

Procedure For Reporting a Computer Lab Problem

If you discover a problem in the Computer Lab, you should inform the AVIT department.
Please do NOT inform an individual, since the AVIT facilitator is best suited in notifying the best volunteers/professions to solve the problem in a timely and cost-effective manner.

There are a number of methods to contact AVIT:

Online Form

This is considered to be the easiest method to send a report to the AVIT facilitator:

E-mail Method

You can either contact the AVIT facilitator directly by e-mail, or contact the church HUB, which in turn, will contact the AVIT faciliator.A In the e-mail message, please provide as much informaiton regarding the computer lab problem. You can use the Computer Lab Service Form as a guide to help you create the e-mail message.

Paper-based Method

AVIT Computer Service Forms are available in the computer lab (located in a folder on the bulletin board). A pen should be clipped onto the folder to help complete the form. Simply, fill out an AVIT Computer Form, and hand the form to the church HUB.
