After experimenting The Fedora 10 Build with both distcc and with out distcc i have came to the conculsion that using distcc doesnt have much effect on the whole fedora 10 build proccess, all the packages we used to experipent we saw very little difference, increasing the -j value had very little difference, the most difference i saw was a differnce of 3 minnutes out of 21 minntutes which is less then 15 percent of the time. From What i have Experiments, Distributing the jobs have very little effect out the whole fedora build process this might be because of the time it takes the other machines to start the building enviornment. Another finding i had was that changing to the gigabyte connection also had very little or no effect at all.
