Since i *hate* parts of the new FF theme (2.0 Beta2 was much nicer) I am using GrayModern
I use:

  • IETab - Use IE to render some pages
  • FasterFox - Speed up Firefox, you need to hack it for 2.0 compatibility
  • UnPlug - Get embedded media off the web, better than VideoDownloader
  • FEBE - Save your settings, rebuild your themes into Jars and your extensions to XPI's for backup
  • infoRSS - Neat RSS Reader thing
  • PDF Downloader - Intercept PDF's
  • NoScript - Whitelist JavaScript sources
  • AdBlock Pro - No more ads, i use the EasyNet subscription
  • ErrorZilla - special error pages, really useful
  • Web Developer - Useful for the people in the name

Neat about:config reference
