Firefox 3 will support offline abilities, such that web developers can write their apps so they work even when no network is present. Mozilla developersPick another web app and add offline support, especially Extension Developers, could benefit from having a scriptable XPCOM object for creating and manipulating APNG files (e.g., creating frames, setting frame timings, etc.).
