- OpenStack - overview of what it is, then find what HA capabilities it has.

- 1 Figure out what OpenNebula is capable of, how hard it is to set up, perhaps go through one setup.
Kieran
- Finish testing iSCSI target/initiator.
- Figure out what Citrix Xen server is, what's needed for us to set up our own as a reference point.
- 2 Read about iSCSI, check out OpenFiler, hopefully set it up, at least as a test if we don't yet have a dedicated box for the storage.

Connect the two PCs into the local network. -
Test the local network speed, confirm it's close to Gbps. -
Verify that the two desktops we start with are working and capable of supporting virtualization. -
Verify two of the network sockets work, and what the IP/subnet/DNS numbers to use are. -
Get setup on the project blog, start posting on it. -
Download and set up the latest CentOS, confirm kvm/libvirt/virt-manager work.
