DDE Bug Within The Address Bar
Project Description
A bug was found and reported that concerns the copy and paste mechanism when pasting an address into a new instance of Firefox. Regular typing seems to be unaffected and works perfectly even though the Copy and Paste mechanism is at fault.

The Bugzilla report has information on how to reproduce this bug, therefore here is a rehash of it fo easy accessability:
- start a new firefox profile and set your homepage to about:blank. Close firefox.
- copy some text to clipboard. that's not needed to trigger the bug, just makes following steps easier.
- Make sure you have a firefox icon on desktop.
- Start FF from desktop, press ctrl-v to check if you can paste to urlbar. If you can't (unlikely) you've reproduced. If you can, minimize this window.
- Start a new FF window by double-clicking desktop icon.
- Check if you can paste. If you can, close it and goto 5.
Important: don't make any unnecessary focus changes. It should take below 10
new windows to reproduce. If you've reached about 10 and it still works fine,
start over from point 4, I never failed at second try.
The bug is mostlikely inside the Copy and Paste code that Firefox handles.
