This is the how-to-use page for the Canvas3D_XUL_Runner_App project.

If you don't have the application yet, go grab it from Portable_Canvas/Releases.

Platform-specific Setup

Setup Portable Canvas according to your specific operating system. Once installation is complete, using Portable Canvas should be the same for all platforms.

Windows

1) Grab the release.

2) Unzip to "C:/Program Files/Portable Canvas"

3) Open "portable_canvas.exe"

4) See "All Platforms" for usage instructions.

Mac

Unix/Linux

For the time being, the Canvas 3d extension doesn't work for Unix or Linux.

When this issue is resolved, we'll start building a Linux version of Portable Canvas.
