Brief Description: This Use Case enables the actor to switch between the Calendar and Gird view type.


Scenario 1: Change view type from Calendar to Grid

Preconditions:

  • The actor is logged into the system
  • The actor is currently viewing the main page (calender.jsp) with a "View type" drop-down list, located on the upper-right side of the webpage
  • The current view type is Calender
Step# Actor System Data Used
1 Chooses the Grid view type from the drop-down list Displays the meeting and lecture appointments in a grid form
Retrieve relevant data from database
Format data accordingly

Successful Post Conditions:

  • Meeting and lecture appointments are displayed in a grid format
