No RTC
Time and date fix for devices with no RTC
Description
Fixes the time and date in devices with no realtime clocks, e.g., virtual machines, embedded systems, specific ARM devices, etc. This solves problems with the passwords, yum, fsck, etc due to the date being set back to epoch.
