Anatoly Spektor (Latvian Spelling: Anatolijs Spektors, Russian: Анатoлий Спектор) is a Blogger, Web Developer and Software Engineer. Anatoly is Seneca College of Art and Technology CPAC (Computer Programming and Analysis Co-op) graduate.
