Problem Description

  • our top students fail interview tests due to
    • lack of theoretical knowledge
  • our students don't market themselves
    • some are bright, hard-working but hide from the public spotlight
  • C++ projects no longer accepted - too difficult for our students
  • yet some GP students have shown the ability to excel well beyond reasonable expectations

    • Cathy suggested stressing concepts in lower semester courses
