Through going over Eclipse bugs, reading blog posts by fellow students, experiencing a bug fix and submitting a patch, I’ve learned a lot about Eclipse and Open Source development processes. I’m glad that at the end everything has made sense! :) As mentioned by Jordan, “A long trip starts with a small step”, and "Where there is a will, there is a way". I took the steps and thanks to his guidance and encouragements, and the contributions by Peter Liu and other students, I’m happy with the result of taking this course. This was a Professional “Option”. It was the first time being offered with Eclipse WTP. There was a lot to learn and there is still a lot to do. I look forward to what future holds and can be done.
