Brief Description: This Use Case enables the actor to switch between the Calendar and Gird view type.


Scenario 1: Change view type from Calendar to Grid

Preconditions:

  • The actor is logged into the system
  • The actor is currently viewing the main page (calender.jsp) with a view type drop-down list, located on the upper right site of the webpage
  • The current view type is Calender
Step# Actor System Data Used
1 Chooses the Grid view type from the drop-down list Displays the meeting and lecture appointments in a grid form, format data accordingly ALL (meeting_schedule)

ALL (lecture_schedule)
ALL (lecture)

Successful Post Conditions:

  • Meeting and lecture appointments are displayed in a grid format
  • The system now displays the main site page (calender.jsp) using the Grid view


Scenario 2: Change view type from Grid to Calender

Preconditions:

  • The actor is logged into the system
  • The actor is currently viewing the main page (calender.jsp) with a view type drop-down list, located on the upper right site of the webpage
  • The current view type is Grid
