I have read the EULA for Skype and as discussed in class, I found section 3 to be unfair to the end users.

I have also read the EULA from MIT and it was as open as it can be. The EULA states that you can do anything with the software as long as you understand there are no warranties and the code writers are not liable for any possible damage caused.
