To Prof. Murray, I liked the reminder e-mail. If I didn't check the wiki on my own, I wouldn't have known that you took time from you busy schedule to add to and answer my question. Since you did e-mail me, I made sure I got on tonight at 10:45 to put some effort forth myself. I may have been asleep by now if you hadn't sent me your e-mail.  :)Ha!

I would like to continue to work on Mind Maps. Something came up at our meeting last night (tonight) where a mind map would be very helpful. I think if we could generate one and help people see how useful they can be we might be able to incorporate one into our Vision and structure.

Question: Is the Handbook going to be online? If so, can we link pictures to the mind-map?

msaul: Hi Debbie. I will communicate via discussion with you here - great idea! I will check to see if there is a hand-book via the Internet that I can send you... I will be back here to give you that link...

msaul: Debbie, here are some links for using freemind. Some are in form where you may be able to print-off on a printer:

Hope this helps... :)

Debbie: Thanks Murray. I will take a look at those links.

msaul: Great to hear. By the way (btw), here is a link to a blog post I just made while waiting for Megan:

How to Make Libraries More Open

March 21st: Murray, I have tried on several different days to gain some intelligence about how to move information from my wiki to an internal link. I want to leave the headings as the internal link and put all the specifics about that heading in the link. I have read the informaion that you have posted and my pea sized brain cannot figure out how to do it. I would like to spend some time on this during our next class. Sorry, I'm a visual learner and need to see it done before I can do it. Ugh!

Oh, by the way, I liked your blog. I noticed you've already received one reply from a former student.  :)

See you Wednesday.

Okay, last thing for today. I added more internal links and when I "saved page" it moved things around. Two parts are now above page content. I don't know what I did and hopefully this will help me remember to talk to you about it.

msaul: Sounds like a plan, we can look at that at the beginning of class... We will be doing an in-class exercise to reinforce these items as well!

msaul: Hi Debbie, I could be wrong, but I think you are having some confusion over copying and pasting links. I'm going to try to see if there is an easier way to do this, and get back to you...
