Phase I:

Build Tags

* All Done - Remove "candidate" from tag heirarchy for building (agreene w/ oatley for 2013-06-21)

* All Done - This will solve the %{dist} tag issues!

Optimizations

* No longer mash the f18 repos (agreene by 2013-06-28)

* x86_64 OpenStack setup (fossjon 2013-07-05)

** All Done - Moving Iraq to room, set up as dashboard/controller/NAT

** Al Done - Connected Australia to private lan switch

** Need to resize lvm stuff to make room for snapshot on australia

** Re-run packstack on iraq due to IP change

** packstack from iraq to australia to set it up as a nova-compute
