<b>This will be great for keeping up to date on what everyone is working on.  Wish I knew about this before I stared the CE Coordinator position.  It would have saved a lot of time and emailing back and forth and people "forgetting" about the emails I had sent them. Perhaps the next coordinator will benefit from this. Sonja</b>

There is a learning curve to be able to keep coming back to the WIKI and participate. Once that is done, and people are consistent, there should be no problem... Murray</span>

In regards to the communications problem, one solution would be to amend the document.  I'll be giving Brian H a proposal in that regard.  Earl, for me, it would be easier if the AVIT form was directly attached to the booking form.  It's not often easy finding the document and to be honest, I dislike bothering busy people for one form... Thoughts on this?   Jan </span>
